You get familiar to them and they to us so even though it's been nice to meet some of the newer guys, it's especially lovely when it's one of the drivers I'm on such good terms with. On Saturday I was taken ill in Bury and came home in a taxi. The driver went above and beyond assisting me through my front door.i would as far as to say virtually carrying down my path. Really concerned and polite. Restores my faith that there are some good people out there. On Sunday I again used the business to travel to hospital and subsequently was transferred to Oldham hospital again by the same business who have the hospital contract and again returned home much later by the same businessAll the staff from telephone operators to drivers are polite and respectful. Therefore a pleasure to deal with
